Transparent fees and flexible financing — the course fee is paid month by month, every fee is set out below, and no payment is ever taken on this site.
Pay month by month
The £20,000 course fee is payable over 12 monthly instalments of approximately £1,666.67, with the final instalment adjusted for rounding. No deposit is required. A separate, one-off £500 EduQual registration fee applies in addition, bringing the total standard cost to £20,500.
Free implant placements for delegates
Delegates are welcome to bring their own patients for supervised implant mentoring during course days. Any treatment fees relating to these patients are retained solely by the respective delegate.

Payment plan
- Initial payment £2,166.67 — the first module instalment of £1,666.67 plus the one-off £500 EduQual registration fee. No separate deposit is required.
- 12 monthly instalments of approximately £1,666.67 — the final instalment is adjusted for rounding, so the course fee totals £20,000.
- Total standard cost £20,500 — the £20,000 course fee plus the £500 EduQual registration fee.
Registration and examination fees
These apply to the Diploma in addition to the course fee. Please read them before you register.
- £500 EduQual registration fee — A separate, one-off fee charged in addition to the £20,000 course fee and paid with your first instalment. It brings the total standard cost to £20,500.
- Examination and viva — included — Included in the £20,000 course fee, provided the four required cases are submitted by the applicable deadline.
- £600 late-submission examination fee — Payable to EduQual if you have not submitted all four required cases and you submit outstanding cases after the examination and viva process has concluded.
- No other fees — There are no other additional course, registration or examination fees.
Early withdrawal from the programme
We offer payment of the £20,000 course fee over 12 monthly instalments to make the programme more accessible without requiring a large upfront payment. Enrolment reserves a place for the full programme, and teaching and clinical resources are committed on that basis.
If you withdraw after attending at least one module, the College reserves the right to apply an early-withdrawal charge equivalent to up to three module instalments (£5,000), in addition to any unpaid fees for modules already attended.
This charge is intended to cover reasonable losses arising from withdrawal, including committed costs and the loss of a reserved place that could otherwise have been offered to another applicant. It will be reduced to reflect costs saved or losses recovered, including where the place is filled by another delegate.
The charge will not exceed the remaining unpaid course fee, and no loss will be charged twice. Any advance payments for undelivered modules will be credited against the amount due. A written breakdown will be provided.
Withdrawal must be notified in writing. This policy does not affect any applicable statutory cancellation rights or remedies where the College fails to fulfil its contractual obligations.
